HI, I'M NICOLE TORRES

Mentor. Healer. Retreat Host. Speaker. Xicana.

I left a 13 year career in tech and animation production working at billion dollar streaming companies - on purpose!  Now I serve as I'm a transformational self-worth coach, supporting high achievers in the tech/media industries to heal from the stress and burnout of their high pressure roles.

My clients come to me exhausted, overwhelmed and trapped in a cycle of perfectionism and people pleasing...with nothing left for themselves - particularly my1st gen clients!

As a 1st gen hija myself, I understand first hand how to support those who face the unique challenge of being 'othered' in predominantly white, male industries, and what it means to navigate cultural pressures and familial expectations - all while being 'the first' in these spaces.

My door is open to all the high achievers and over thinkers who are looking for mentorship and guidance built on support, safety, and compassion.

IMAGINE A LIFE WHERE YOU COULD...

PEOPLE ARE TALKING

Tropical Leaves

Nicole has taught and given me the tools that have helped me control my emotional state, wellbeing, and spiritual connection. Instead of allowing myself to spiral and being consumed by intrusive thoughts, I've learned how to witness myself with love and compassion.

Daisy

Nicole gave me something I never thought I'd have...a sense of self, clarity, love for myself I hadn't known prior. Her support and care are truly priceless.

Dalyn

I finally understand boundaries are a necessary and healthy part of a relationship...I am able to make a change in my life and if I actually take a second to practice awareness and listen to my body I can figure out what I need.

STRUGGLING WITH THE WEIGHT OF DOING IT "RIGHT"?

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TOLD…

WHO you "should" be?
HOW you're "expected" to behave?
WHAT you "need" to do to succeed?

The external and internal pressures to "get it right" and not make any mistakes often leads to Perfectionism, People Pleasing, and eventually burnout.

It's totally normal to want to "do better" and "be better" - where we run into trouble is when we're unable to meet the expectations to be perfect and please everyone, because that's just not possible!

But we TRY...and it eventually leads to a cycle of stress and burnout - full of overwhelm, resentment, frustration, and shame.

When our self worth is inherently tied to our ability to achieve, succeed, do it "perfectly" or "be perfect" - we hop on a never ending cycle of chasing the impossible - then, we blame ourselves for "failing".

Amiga, it’s time to repair the way you think about your self worth and what's really motivating you to succeed.

It's no longer serving you to seek external validation to prove your WORTH and VALUE.

It's time to prioritize your wellbeing as PART of your success, not an afterthought...bc no one else will do this for you!

It's time to shift your relationship with work, rest, and productivity...because part of healing our generational line is creating wealth and "success" - without sacrificing our wellbeing to get it!

If you're a high achiever, notice if and when you're experiencing the downside of PERFECTIONISM and PEOPLE PLEASING in your life

Betraying your boundaries and needs to please and prioritize others

Feeling like a fraud and no matter what you do, it's just not good enough

Not voicing your needs for fear of judgment, rejection, or retaliation

2.png

Being extremely critical of yourself when you don't meet goals or expectations

Cycling through burn out as you prioritize achievement, status, and productivity

Self-medicating with drugs, alcohol, food, sugar, or constant "busy" work to avoid your feelings

Looking to others for fulfillment, validation, and direction

Losing yourself in relationships that feel one sided or unfulfilling

IF THIS IS YOU - WELCOME!
YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. WHILE IT SEEMS  MILLION MILES AWAY - IT'S 100% POSSIBLE TO BREAK THE CYCLE AND FIND PEACE.

WHAT FOLX ARE SAYING

Pink Dahlia

Emmalee,
Executive Assistant

I have asked for and received multiple raises at work, while at the same time, finding a way to not work as hard by addressing the root causes of my perfectionism and people pleasing. I am starting to see a bigger and brighter future for myself where I can live a life that is authentic and not dictated by what what other people think.

Yellow Water Lily

Jessica,
Social Media Marketer

(I) have more empathy towards my mom and understanding for how she treated me. It doesn’t excuse her negligence and abuse but I can see how the traumas she went through affected her behavior and parenting style. And I saw how I am in a privileged position to be able to talk about my emotions and struggles with someone like Nicole but my mom never got that chance. So I felt more compassion, sadness, and grace for her.

Ruby,
Operations Manager

Being in a space with other women who come from similar backgrounds and have similar stories or difficulties with families and are choosing themselves was really powerful for me. It was the permission that I needed to put myself first...Having a group to explore spiritual topics with was really great for me and I feel like having the community as well as the guidance of the lectures has helped me grow more in alignment and brought more clarity to my connection with spirit.

Daisies

Dalyn,
Travel Agent

The most beneficial thing I learned about myself was
learning to recognize my triggers, dealing with my anxiety in a productive manner and learning to establish boundaries. Nicole’s support and guidance is priceless.

I now have the tools to recognize my anxiety and tackle it head on vs letting it consume me.

No matter how you define "success"  it STARTS with healing the wounds of generational trauma.

The path to the most effective healing and enlightenment will be, and has always been, self love.
